The liquid nitrogen dosing machine is an ultra-efficient nitrogen injection system designed for production lines from low speed to high speed, accurately injecting liquid nitrogen into each container. The injected LN2 vaporizes,the internal pressure is increased to meet the requirements of pressurization and deaeration.
Liquid nitrogen is transported from the storage tank to the filling machine storage tank through a vacuuminsulated pipe. After the liquid nitrogen is separated and purified from gas to liquid, it is then supplied to the filling head to inject a certain amount of liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen filling system uses a speed sensor to monitor the speed of the assembly line and a container sensor to detect the presence of the container. It uses speed synchronous filling technology to inject liquid nitrogen into the product container.Inside. The entire nitrogen injection process is comprehensively controlled by programmed logic controllers,sensors and human-machine interfaces.
